The Xavier's Commerce Society is one of the most prestigious and sought after societies in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. It embodies the drive and vigour that portrays a Xaverian and pursues to impart a multitude of opportunities and apertures to aid students in gaining enriching corporate exposure and experience. The society, with every initiative it conducts, seeks to enhance, augment as well as advance its capacities with each passing day. Since its inception in 2006, it has weathered every obstacle in its wake, as well as shifting to an entirely online medium for conducting its events, while also being able to adapt to a hybrid mechanism; and ultimately transitioning back to an offline medium – all of which underlines its dedication and determination to fulfil its objectives. By organising holistic events throughout the academic year, which focuses on all aspects of modern-day management, the society ensures that every student is taught practical lessons as it believes that education should transcend academic books.
